All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, to your credit card or using the original method of payment within seven (7) business days.
Probiotic orders will be shipped with a temperature-control pack chargeable at US$10.
SECTION 2 – DELIVERY LOCATION
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in South East Asia, Hong Kong, China, Australia, the United States, Chile and European Union countries or as listed in the website. For any shipments outside of the stated territories, please email us at email@example.com to obtain a quotation.
SECTION 3 – DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
Delivery time frames are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within two (2) weeks of the date of your order.
Delivery time frames may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery/ your shipping option(s), and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Delivery options are available to you at the Checkout page. Simply add the item(s) you would like to purchase to your cart, and choose your preferred shipping option(s) at the Checkout page.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are based on the weight or size/ dimension, whichever is higher, of your order and the delivery option(s). To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page, where the shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, please notify us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org, and refer to our Return Policy for more information.

SECTION 9 – RETURN POLICY
For safety reasons, products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once sold. Only in the event of manufacturer’s defect will returns be entertained.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable except for defects caused by manufacturer.
